I want to let you know how much you have impacted my life with your ability to express in words what it is I want to say.  Many years ago, my son Jeffrey found you on an internet search and used you to write his resume, cover letters, and all the extras you did to help him find appropriate employment.  He was convinced you had the best to offer!  Well, he was right, and very fortunate that he happened upon you in his search! You helped him express himself in a way so that his new employer recognized his value.  But the story doesn’t stop there. When I needed to find a new position because my company was closing its doors, I didn’t hesitate to contact you.  You gave me the same top notch service you provided for my son and in no time I had a new position. You provided so much more than a rewritten, upgraded resume. Your support services were more than I even knew to ask for with ways to research employment opportunities, tailoring cover letters to target specific niches, and just your confidence in the process was so supportive. Turnaround time was never an issue – you were quick to get it all done. And I must add that any changes or corrections were handled immediately.  There was nothing more that I could have asked for.  My son even came back to you for a second time when he was looking to change careers. Again, you were able to take his words and express them so succinctly and powerfully, that he transitioned into his new career smoothly!

Stepping aside from resume writing, when I had a contest essay to prepare, I knew what I wanted to say, but formulating my words to express it in the most compelling way was not something I felt adequate in doing. When I contacted you and asked if you could help, you were able to use your mastery at languaging to help me walk away with FIRST prize!

I must say that you are truly a master with the English language. Your knowledge of the business world, the economy, world affairs and what’s happening all around, is what helps keep your finger on the pulse to produce the best possible document for what is needed at that time.
